Pop-up dinners

A summer pop-up series spanning 12 different untraditional dinners at unconventional locations, supporting local food businesses in the wake of the Covid19 pandemic.

The task was to create 12 novel pop-up dinners around the city. We facilitated and produced a journey around the gastronomic landscape of Copenhagen, including a food market below Knippelsbro, a circus tent at Nyhavn with georgian chefs and choir, a longtable oyster dinner at techno venue Hangaren, a special concert dinner with french/libanese piano artist Bachar Mar-Khalifé. The end of the series featured a food street party at Lille Kongensgade and a communal banquet at City Hall. All events were made with local food entrepreneurs to support them in a struggling post-pandemic industry.
